We process your personal data related to your user account as well as your use of supported platforms’ registration and login (first name, last name, e-mail address, nationality, general membership data, IP address, browser type, timestamp, path) based on Art 6 (1) lit b GDPR for the purpose of initiating and fulfilling our contract with you.
Your data will be transferred to our hosting and application provider Sports ID Technologies AG. St. Gallerstrasse 49, 9100 Herisau, Switzerland.
Your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes after which it will be deleted immediately. Contract data and messages with business content will be stored on the basis of Art 6 (1) (c) GDPR, if necessary, beyond this period, insofar as this is necessary due to our legal obligations (in particular tax and company law retention obligations), and then deleted immediately.
Regarding your personal data processed by us, you have the right to information (Art 15 GDPR) and - under certain legal conditions of the GDPR - the right to rectification (Art 16 GDPR), deletion (Art 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR), a right to object to processing (Art 21 (1) GDPR) and the right to data portability (Art 20 GDPR). If you believe that the data processing violates your right to data protection, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
